Work continues on the upcoming How to Sculpt Miniature Bakery Treats book, and I’ve added Boston Cream Pie, fudge brownies, and cherry cheesecake to my list of completed projects for the book.

The brownies were made using different techniques than those presented in an earlier book, and my goal was to find a way to recreate the crackly top that often forms on brownies. You can see the result of my sculpting experiments below, and I’ll be outlining how to recreate it in the Miniature Bakery book, so stay tuned!
