I’ve been wrapping up the desserts for the first bakery case in the miniature ice cream parlor/bakery room box, and I have lots of colorful pictures for you today. That, and a new cupcake mold for your own projects. πŸ™‚

Adding to the sweets I shared in an earlier post, I made more macarons, heart-shaped sugar cookies with rainbow sprinkles, and pretty miniature cupcakes with strawberry or white chocolate frosting.

The box of macarons on the left in the above photo is available here. You also get three macarons not pictured above and a set of free cake balls, so this is a great way to fill out a miniature bakery!

For the cupcakes, I created a brand new mold that I’m quiteΒ happy with. If you want to make your own polymer clay cupcakes, you can get the mold here. It’s also available as part of a set that includes both the mold and a presser tool, which will allow you to make paper cupcake wrappers for your miniature cupcakes. The set is available here.

Today, I’ll be making a cake to finish filling the bakery case, and then I’ll move on to another case–I haven’t decided which one yet. If you’re just joining us, remember that instructions on how to sculpt all of these sweets will be in the upcoming miniature bakery book, which will also show you how to make the bakery room box itself (see pics of the room here).
